Y83 Vertical Briquetting Machine
Briquetter Y83-250 is applied in steel mills, foundries, recycling plants, ferrous & non ferrous smelting industry to press scrap metal chips (max. length 40mm) into high density briquettes (cylinders).
Briquetter Y83-250 is good for briquetting of cast iron powder, crushed steel turnings, aluminum swarf, copper milling chips, all sorts of metal sawdust, particles, chips & fins, and metal cans shredded to small pieces (smaller than 40mm).

DESCRIPTION
Features
Vertical briquetter, briquette density is high.
Robust machine of solid structure, special alloy for press mould liners.
Hydraulic oil cooler: standard water cooler (need cooling tower to supply cool water); optional normal air cooler, or compulsory air cooler (air cooler with compressor).
Magnetic return oil filter. NOK (Japan) seals for cylinders.
Hydraulic drive, PLC operation.
The feeding conveyor & vibrating motor are optional for charging of material.
What is the Applications of this machine?
It is applied to compress metal sawdust(steel, cast iron, aluminum and copper) into density briquettes to reduce burning loss during smelting. Cast iron briquettes, can substitute pig iron as raw material.
