The Copper Wire Recycling Machine is mainly used to recycle all kinds of waste cable wires, the raw materials will be separated into copper and PVC, the applicable range of the wires diameter from 0.3mm to 20mm, such as automobile electrical wires, car bottom wires, motorcycle electric wires, computer copper wires and communication cable, etc.

Copper Wire Recycling Machine process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granules. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.

Processing of the machine

  • The shredder machine could destroy the scrap cable into small pieces 5-10cm.
  • The conveyor belt is used for feeding, and the cable cut by the shredder is fed into the crusher.
  • The crusher machine could destroy the cable pieces into more small pieces of any sizes appointed,2-4mm.
  • After crushing, the sheath and core can be separated and gathered at different areas of the screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will be separated, and get copper particles and plastic.

Machine main structure includes main crusher machine, conveyor, separator, dust collection system, electric box, water cooling system with compact design.

  1. Primary crushing system
