Y81 series hydraulic metal briquetting machine can squeeze various metal scraps (scraps, wood shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, scrapped cars, etc.) into cuboids, octagons, cylinders and other shapes, which can reduce transportation and smelting costs and increase furnace speed. Suitable for scrap steel processing and distribution centers (bases), scrapped car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises, steel and non-ferrous metal industries, etc.

Features:

  1. All models are hydraulically driven, and manual operation or PLC automatic control can be selected.
  2. Bale-discharging: “turn-out”, “push-out”, “forward-out” & manual discharging.
  3. Diesel engines can be selected as power, and it can work normally in places without power.
  4. It can be customized according to your needs, such as different pressures, material box sizes, bag block sizes and shapes, etc.
